Job Summary
Returning Sales Associate for Spirit Halloween. This seasonal role supports the Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store, and maintains Guest Services per Company Standards. Responsibilities include generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. Previous experience with Spencer’s/Spirit Halloween is considered relevant. Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Minimum age 16.
