Job Summary
Returning Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween focused on supporting Store Management with setup, merchandising, and teardown of a seasonal store; responsible for guest services, driving sales, sign waving, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. Requires willingness to perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing/walking up to 8 hours) and to work in a seasonal retail environment; position intended for individuals with prior Spencer’s/Spirit Halloween Sales Associate experience. Minimum age 16.
