Job Summary
The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Key responsibilities include maintaining Guest Services, generating sales, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. The role involves physical demands such as climbing ladders, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and requires 8 hours of standing/walking.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sales Associate at Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween
- Ability to maintain guest services as per company standards
- Ability to generate sales and perform merchandising tasks
