Job Summary
Returning Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. Responsibilities include maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards, generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. Minimum age 16. Physical demands include climbing ladders, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.

- Previous experience at Spirit Halloween or Spencer’s is a plus
