Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of real capital projects by overseeing cost, schedule, communications, risk management, and quality assurance of scheduling and cost data. Generate metric reporting to monitor project performance and ensure initiatives remain within budget and timeline. Work full-time (40 hours/week) for 10-12 weeks across remote and onsite locations in North Carolina and Florida. This internship provides end-to-end ownership of a distinct deliverable with mentorship from leaders, preparing you for potential full-time employment in the energy sector.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a four-year degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Building Science Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management, or other related degree
- Must not graduate prior to August 2026
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the duration of the summer
- Must be able to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- Reliable, consistent transportation is required to ensure timely arrival at the applicable facility
- 5-15% travel
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Excel experience, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.
- Financial experience
- Data analytics experience
- Prior project management controls experience
