Returning New Grad Technology Business Analyst I - Summer 2026 (Southeast Division) (For Current/Previous HNTB Interns ONLY)

Returning New Grad Technology Business Analyst I supports the analysis, documentation, and implementation of technology solutions that improve business operations. You will work closely with more experienced analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, assist in system evaluations, and support internal users. This role focuses on developing foundational skills in business analysis, systems thinking, and stakeholder communication in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include assisting in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, supporting system analysis and testing of software applications and web services, collaborating with internal teams to evaluate system performance and user needs, helping develop and maintain customer support portals and feedback channels, monitoring system updates and ensuring hardware/software compatibility, and applying best practices in business analysis and IT support. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or 4 years of relevant experience); strong communication and documentation skills; understanding of data security and diagnostics. Preferred is a Master’s degree in computer science or information technology.
