Job Summary
Manage all aspects of store operations for an average of three Spirit Halloween locations, including sales, payroll recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink management, and fixture setup. Oversee the construction, opening, operating, and closing/tear down of assigned stores while maintaining strict control over daily functions. This seasonal role begins in July and concludes in November, requiring a flexible schedule and the ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for more than eight hours daily. Applicants must possess prior District Sales Manager experience at Spencer's or Spirit Halloween and at least two to five years in a multi-store supervisory position.
Required Qualifications
- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a District Sales Manager position
- At least 21 years old
- Flexible schedule
- 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position
- Ability to stand in excess of 8 hours
- Ability to walk
- Ability to climb ladders

- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
