Job Summary
District Sales Manager for Spirit Halloween overseeing typically 3 stores during the July–November season. Responsibilities include all aspects of store operation: sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink, and related functions; plus construction/opening, operating, and tear-down of assigned Spirit stores. Must have 2–5 years of multi-store supervisory experience, be at least 21, and maintain a flexible schedule. Physical demands include standing 8+ hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
