The District Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operation, overseeing an average of 3 stores including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrinkage, and all related functions. The role also involves the construction, operation, and closing/tear down of assigned Spirit stores. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting, and moving up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Previously held a District Sales Manager position at Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween
- At least 21 years old
- Flexible schedule
- 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position
