The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position responsible for all aspects of operating an average of 3 Spirit Halloween stores, including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, and shrink management. Key duties involve the construction and opening, operation, and closing/tear down of stores. The role requires standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position
