Job Summary
The District Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operation of an average of 3 Spirit Halloween stores, including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, and shrink management. Duties include the construction, opening, operation, and tear down of assigned stores. The role requires physical stamina for over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving items up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a District Sales Manager position
- At least 21 years old
- 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position
