Job Summary
The District Sales Manager at Spirit Halloween is responsible for all aspects of store operations across an average of 3 stores, including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, and expense control. Duties involve the construction, opening, operating, and closing/tear down of assigned Spirit stores. The position requires physically demanding tasks such as standing for over 8 hours, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
