Job Summary
Conduct daily machine inspections and operate snowcats to groom ski runs after lift hours. Work as part of a team to prepare slopes for guests, shoveling snow as needed and maintaining clean cabs and windows. Perform snowmaking assistance during early season when available. Shifts include 8-hour days from 4pm to midnight or 10-hour graveyard shifts from midnight to 10am. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required, with previous heavy equipment experience preferred. Full-time seasonal employees receive free all-mountain ski passes, discounted rentals, team housing eligibility, and wellness benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry 50 lbs
- Must have a Valid driver's license
- Previous operation of heavy equipment
- Must be available for 8-hour shifts from 4pm to midnight
- Must be available for 10-hour graveyard shifts from midnight to 10am
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
