Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Establish and maintain Guest Services, develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage, and manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory. This role requires prior retail management experience at a Spencer's or Spirit Halloween Assistant Store Manager position. The minimum age requirement is 18 with a flexible schedule. The physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.25 per hour, subject to qualifications and experience. Benefits include Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and End of Season Premium Pay Program.

- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in an Assistant Store Manager position
- Minimum age requirement is 18
