Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. Manage guest services, develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Maintain a flexible schedule with a minimum age requirement of 18, while meeting physical demands including 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.

- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in an Assistant Store Manager position
- Minimum age requirement of 18
