Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory. Maintain a flexible schedule with physical demands including 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Minimum age requirement is 18. Prior retail management experience is required. This role is specifically for individuals who have previously worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's or Spirit Halloween.

- Minimum age requirement is 18
