Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store while ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Manage guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory. Maintain a flexible schedule with a minimum age requirement of 18, meeting physical demands including 8+ hours of standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required for this returning Assistant Store Manager position.
Required Qualifications
- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in an Assistant Store Manager position
- Minimum age requirement is 18
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Prior retail management experience
- Must be able to stand and walk for 8+ hours
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
