Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Establish and maintain guest services, develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage, and manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control to ensure maximum sales and profitability. This role requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 18, and a flexible schedule. The position involves 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $17.25 to $17.50, with eligibility for Illinois Paid Leave and seasonal premium pay programs.
Required Qualifications
- Previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in an Assistant Store Manager position
- Minimum age requirement of 18
