Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Establish and maintain guest services, develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory. Prior retail management experience is required; the role demands a flexible schedule and physical stamina for 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Minimum age is 18. This position is specifically for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in an Assistant Store Manager role.
