Returning Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. Manage guest services, develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage, and oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. The role requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 18, and a flexible schedule. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. This position is exclusively for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in an Assistant Store Manager role.
