Returning Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store while ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Manage guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage reduction, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory. Maintain a flexible schedule with a minimum age requirement of 18, while meeting physical demands including 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. This role is specifically for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer's or Spirit Halloween in an Assistant Store Manager position.
