Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Spirit Halloween store; responsible for supporting guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control to maximize sales/profitability. Must be 18+ with a flexible schedule. Physical duties include 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail management experience is required.
