Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, seasonal store operations, guest services, staff development, and inventory control; support the Store Manager in maximizing sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control; ensure flexible scheduling and meet a minimum age of 18; physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail management experience is required
