Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include managing guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's / Spirit Halloween
- Prior retail management experience
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
- Minimum age of 18
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for 8+ hours
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
