Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Spirit store. Helps maintain Guest Services, develops staff, controls expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control to optimize sales and profitability. Requires prior retail management experience, age 18+, flexible schedule, and the ability to stand/walk 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
