Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Support the Store Manager in ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Minimum age 18; flexible schedule; physical demands include 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience required.
