Returning Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include ensuring guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control to maximize sales/profitability. Must be at least 18 years old, with a flexible schedule. Physical duties include standing 8+ hours, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
