Job Summary
Seasonal Returning Assistant Store Manager supporting the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Spirit Halloween/Spirit store. Responsible for helping drive sales and profitability through guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Requires prior retail management experience, the ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds; must be 18 or older and have a flexible schedule.
