Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Spirit Halloween store. Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in Guest Services, development of staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control to maximize sales and profitability. Minimum age 18; flexible schedule; physical demands include 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
