Assistant Store Manager duties include supporting the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store; ensures Guest Services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, and inventory/merchandising practices to drive sales and profitability. Requires minimum age 18, flexible schedule, 8+ hours standing/walking, ladder use, and ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
