Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown of a Seasonal Spirit/Halloween store. Support guest services, develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory. Physical duties include standing 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Minimum age 18; flexible schedule required. Prior retail management experience is required.
