Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Spirit Halloween/Spencer’s store. Support Store Manager to maximize sales and profitability through guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage reduction, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Must be 18+ with a flexible schedule; physical duties include 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. This role is in Strongsville, OH (Seasonal store).
