Supporting the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Spirit Halloween store; responsible for guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control; positions require prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, the ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
