Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Spirit Halloween/Spirit store; support guest services, develop staff, and help control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory. Must be at least 18 years old, with a flexible schedule. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
