Job Summary
Supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Spirit Halloween store. Responsible for ensuring maximum sales/profitability through Guest Services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Minimum age 18; flexible schedule; physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
