Job Summary
Seasonal Returning Assistant Store Manager in Spirit Halloween: supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsible for guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control to maximize sales and profitability. Minimum age 18; flexible schedule; 8+ hours standing/walking; ladders; lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience required.
