Job Summary
Lead and coach a team of Return to Work Specialists to drive performance, support operational targets, and ensure high-quality outcomes for injured workers, employers, and stakeholders. Provide technical guidance on complex return-to-work matters, monitor workloads and quality metrics, and manage escalations while fostering a collaborative team culture. Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and internal teams to align strategies with legislative and regulatory requirements. This role requires previous leadership experience in Workers' Compensation and strong stakeholder management skills. Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership or people management experience within Workers' Compensation, injury management, rehabilitation or a related environment
- Strong knowledge of return to work principles and injury management practices
- Experience supporting complex claims or return-to-work matters
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and motivate team members
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A strong commitment to delivering positive outcomes for injured workers and employers
