Job Summary
Coordinate return-to-work and reintegration processes for employees returning from absences; develop, coordinate, and evaluate employee wellness initiatives and programs; promote psychological safety, mental health awareness, resilience, and healthy workplace cultures; collaborate with Human Resources, leaders, unions, Health and Safety, and external stakeholders to support wellness and reintegration; deliver training on wellness, resilience, mental health, and psychological safety; require a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience; 10-month temporary contract (35 hours/week) based in Ontario; salary band 5 with competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in employee wellness, occupational health, return-to-work coordination, disability support, or related programs
- Experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset
