Process and sort damaged, defective, or returned merchandise by following salvage, donation, and reverse logistic procedures. Obtain return authorizations from vendors, process chargebacks, and ship merchandise based on vendor policies while maintaining accurate inventory status. Re-wrap sellable items using proper packaging guidelines and assess breakage logs for leaking, spoiled, or broken goods. Conduct daily safety walks, escalate findings to Asset Protection, and support Inventory Control Count Team in executing count processing. Review daily return reports, process merchandise recalls, and handle tire and battery returns in partnership with the AP Specialist. Maintain organized departments, ensure compliance with club policies, and perform other duties as assigned.
