Job Summary
Greet customers on the lot using prescribed dialogue, remind them to check for personal belongings, and identify any found items by unit number, date, and time to turn into lost and found. Advise customers on rental charges, provide accurate receipts, and offer professional guidance regarding transportation to the airport terminal while documenting satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Discreetly inspect incoming vehicles for damage, direct customers to the counter for reports, verify gas tank levels, and complete service alerts for mechanical or body issues. Identify vehicles on system holds for turn-back, time, mileage, or recalls, and tag those flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance before moving them to the proper lot. Maintain an organized lot to ensure ease of access and traffic flow. This role offers paid time off, a 401k with matching profit sharing, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, between 2:30pm-11pm, including weekends and holidays
