Retrofit Site Manager

Job Summary
Manage the delivery of Retrofit site works, overseeing the installation of Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMS's) by direct operatives and subcontractors. Work closely with management, supply chain, and residents to ensure project programmes are adhered to while identifying and managing risks to quality, budget, or schedule. Provide clear communication on work progress to clients and Cardo management, ensuring residents are kept up to date with programme fluctuations and that all complaints are resolved. Ensure highest health and safety standards are followed by all site attendees and report regularly to Health and Safety management. Represent the business professionally at internal and client meetings, supporting Resident Liaison Officers with consultation and engagement. Update systems to ensure all documents are saved for auditing in accordance with Cardo procedures and PAS2030 requirements. This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Construction Supervisory/Site Manager role, CSCS membership, and 5-day SMSTS certification. A valid driving licence is required.
Required Qualifications
- Membership of the CSCS scheme (preferable)
- 5-day SMSTS – CITB
- 1st Aid at Work (3 day)
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Construction Supervisory/Site Manger role
- A solid understanding of construction methods and technology
- A proven knowledge of the management of health, safety, and environment
- An awareness of the PAS2035/PAS2030 process and requirements
- Understanding of contract documentation and reporting and how best to protect CARDO Commercially
- Be IT literate
- Proven track record of career progression through engineering, trade or construction roles in the construction industry
- Fully understand and lead customer management
- Have a sound understanding of the change management process
- Demonstrate the capability of 'multi-tasking'
- A valid driving licence
