Retreat Registered Nurse-Part-Time Night

Registered Nurse role for part-time night shift at The Retreat. Responsible for planning, counseling, and delivering nursing services to ensure resident safety, quality of care, and satisfaction of residents and families. Oversees patient care with duties including staff coordination, daily census, shift coverage, charge/treatment nursing responsibilities, medication entry in EHR (Matrix), incident reporting, rounds, and addressing resident/family concerns. Requires maintaining confidentiality, professional appearance, and collaboration with Director of Nursing and administration; involves flexibility to cover shifts and participate in committee/community projects as needed.
