Job Summary
Create a happy, welcoming, safe, and thriving community while overseeing day-to-day operations. Build strong relationships with residents and families, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and promote independent living. Plan engaging social, wellness, and community initiatives. Supervise and mentor village staff, manage contractors and service providers, and monitor budgets and financial performance. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. Support the sales team by showcasing the village lifestyle and fostering a positive community reputation. Maintain a safe, well-presented, and welcoming village environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working within retirement living, aged care or seniors' communities
- Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills
- A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older Australians
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence managing multiple priorities
- Basic budgeting and administration skills (or an eagerness to develop them)
- A positive, hands-on attitude and a willingness to lead by example
