Job Summary
Maintain high-quality cleaning standards across village common areas, including bathrooms, hallways, stairwells, rooms, and public spaces. Build positive relationships as a friendly and approachable presence while assisting residents and the community with general ad-hoc tasks as required. Follow all OH&S requirements and promptly report any safety or security concerns. This Full-Time position works Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm at the Clayfield Retirement Village. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning, laundry or similar customer service-focused roles
- A positive, respectful and people‐focused approach, with a strong commitment to providing a supportive experience for residents
- The ability to work confidently and independently while managing daily tasks and priorities
- Minimum of two (2) COVID-19 vaccinations
