Job Summary
The Retirement Plan Specialist will handle administrative and customer service functions supporting 401k plan participants and clients. Key responsibilities include responding to Plan Sponsors and participant inquiries via email and phone, performing research as necessary, and preparing materials for client meetings. The ideal candidate should possess solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint, a strong customer service mindset, and proficiency in organizing multiple tasks. Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
