Job Summary
Manage and grow client relationships in retirement plan services, educate employees about retirement options, and advise on the design and administration of pension and profit-sharing plans. Collaborate with the trust department to develop marketing/client materials, support bank goals through referrals and cross-selling, participate in community activities to build new business, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and Nicolet’s policies. Demonstrates commitment to diversity and equal opportunity in the workplace.
