Job Summary
The Retirement Plan Consultant is responsible for conducting individual and group presentations to enhance participant awareness of retirement plan features and increase plan assets. Responsibilities include conducting enrollment and financial education meetings, participating in benefit fairs, and meeting with employees to provide guidance on plan participation. The role requires a high school diploma, excellent presentation skills, and preferred licenses and designations. A competitive benefits package and bonus potential are available.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Series 7 license
- Series 66 license
- CFP designation
- ChFC designation
