Job Summary
Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets. Actively participate in benefit fairs, new employee orientations, and the annual plan review and financial education planning process. Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate them regarding plan participation. Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates. This remote role in Prince Georges County, MD, includes up to 25% travel and offers an incentive bonus based on pre-defined plan metrics and client satisfaction ratings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Series 7
- Series 66
- appropriate state insurance licenses
- Must have excellent presentation skills
- Must be able to travel up to 25%
