Job Summary
Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets. Actively participate in benefit fairs, new employee orientations, and the annual plan review process to educate employees regarding plan participation. Meet with participants and eligible employees to deliver targeted education campaigns that increase deferral rates. This remote role includes up to 25% travel for new plan enrollments. Incentive bonus opportunity is available based on pre-defined plan metrics and client satisfaction ratings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Series 7
- Series 66
- appropriate state insurance licenses
- Must have excellent presentation skills
- Must not have made any political contributions that would disqualify the candidate or Corebridge Financial from conducting business
- Must disclose all U.S. political contributions made by the candidate and their household family members over the past two years
