Job Summary
Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video, to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets. Actively participate in benefit fairs, new employee orientations, and the annual plan review process. Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate them regarding plan participation and deferral rates. Assist Relationship Managers and District Vice Presidents with targeted education campaigns to increase participation. Travel dependent on your territory may be required for new plan enrollments. This role offers a salary with bonus potential based on pre-defined metrics and client satisfaction ratings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Series 7
- Series 66
- appropriate state insurance licenses
- CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable
- Must have excellent presentation skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus
- Must not have made any political contributions that would disqualify the candidate or Corebridge Financial from conducting business
- Must disclose all U.S. political contributions made by the candidate and their household family members over the past two years
- Must be available for up to 25% travel
Desired Qualifications
